The primary objective of this consultancy is toimplement activities that improve walking and cycling infrastructure, promoteactive travel to school, and conduct feasibility studies for bicycle-relatedschemes in Tongatapu. The specific objectives are:Develop a comprehensive walking and cycling strategy and network development plan.Assess the feasibility of a bicycle sharing system.Evaluate the feasibility of a financial support schemes for bicycle purchases and maintenance.Pilot an education and awareness program for active travel to school.
