• Tenders are invited for Waste Collection Equipment with Associated Parts, Services and Accessories Lot A Rear Loader Compactor Trucks Lot B Septage Tanker Truck Lot C Tipper and Crane Trucks The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of waste collection vehicles and equipment as follows: - LOT A: 2 x 8 m3 rear-loading compactor waste collection trucks and 1 x 6 m3 rearloading waste collection truck, with associated parts and training, to be supplied (CIF) to Nuku-alofa, Kingdom of Tonga - LOT B: 1 x 5,500 litre vacuum pump Septage Tanker Truck (STT) with associated hoses, parts, accessories, and training, to be supplied (CIF) to Nuku-alofa, Kingdom of Tonga - LOT C: 2 x tip trucks including tipper bodies; and 1 x cab and flat bed chassis truck fitted with 3 tonne crane, and supplied with lifting chains, hooks and clip-on winch assembly; and 1 x heavy duty caged tipper box trailer. All equipment is to be supplied with associated parts, accessories and training, and supplied (CIF) to Nuku-alofa, Kingdom of Tonga Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding: (i) Minimum annual turnover of: For Lot A: US$2,500,000 For Lot B: US$750,000 For Lot C: US$2,000,000 (Requirements aggregated if a bid is submitted for multiple lots) (ii) The Bidder-s net worth for the last year (calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities) is positive. (iii) Contracts of a similar nature scope and complexity have been completed within the last three (3) years as follows For Lot A: At least 2 contracts each valued at $500,000. For Lot B: At least 1 contract each valued at $140,000. For Lot C: At least 2 contracts each valued at $390,000.
